Stew meat is the specialty of home-based. But what about the typical beef stew Betawi? Certainly not much favor with other meat stew recipe.
Meat stew recipe ingredients:
* 500 gr beef
* 5 tablespoons soy sauce
* 250 ml water
* 2 cm galangal, smashed
* 2 bay leaves
* 2 stalk lemongrass
* 2 tablespoons oil

Blend:
* 6 pcs shallots
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 cm ginger

Topping:

* 1 tsp toasted cumin, crushed
How to make beef stew:
* Prepare the pan, insert meat, spices, soy sauce, ginger, bay leaf, oil, and lemongrass. Knead until terlumuri meat with spices.
