Material:
8 eggs, boiled, peeled, fried
5 tbsp cooking oil
Marinade:
9 onions, puree
5 spring onions, puree
7 red chilies, mashed
5 para pecan puree
2 cm ginger, puree
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 kaffir lime leaves
½ tbsp tamarind java
1 tsp fine salt
How to Make:
1. Heat oil, saute all the ground spices until fragrant. Enter the egg, lemon grass, lime leaves, and salt. Stir until the meat changes color.
2. Enter the lime juice, soy sauce and java acidic water. Cook until the spices to infuse. Lift. Pour into a serving dish. Serve warm.
