Material:
: 250 gr plain flour
50 ounces potatoes, steamed, peeled, mashed.
1 teaspoon instant yeast
25 gr sugar
10 gr milk powder
1 egg yolk
175 ml ice water
25 g margarine
1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 tsp garlic powder
30 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
10 pieces of smoked beef, finely chopped
Sufficient amount of oil, for frying
How to Make:
1) Mix the flour, potatoes and yeast. Stir well.
2) Place the sugar and milk powder while stirring evenly.
3) Add the egg yolks and ice water bit by bit. Stir until smooth.
4) Place the margarine, salt, and garlic. Stir.
Five) Add grated cheese and chopped smoked beef. Stir again until smooth. Set aside the dough for 30 minutes until fluffy.
6) Weigh 15 grams of dough and then form a round ball.
7) Put the dough on a baking sheet that has been dusted with wheat flour.
8) Heat oil, fry the mixture until cooked, golden brown color. Remove and drain.
