Botok Mackerel

Description:
Botok (bothok Java language) Javanese food made from coconut pulp initially captured their juices (coconut milk). This time we are using a modification of the main ingredients of fish mackerel, is guaranteed to be a delicious side dish.

Ingredients:
Material:

* A mackerel fish, cut into pieces, wash out
* 100 ml of ½ coconut grated coconut BTR
* 2 green chillies, cut sloping
* 15 pcs chili pepper, diced
* Banana leaves for wrapping

Refined:

* 2 cloves garlic
* 5 pcs shallots
* 1 tsp coriander
* 1 lbr lime leaves
* Salt to taste



Directions:
How to Make:

1. Stir all ingredients until blended.
2. Let stand 15 minutes.
3. Spoon onto a banana leaf.
4. Wrap, with a stick pin.
5. Steam for 30 minutes.
6. Lift and serve with warm rice.
